Red flags
- CK markedly elevated (>1000, especially >5x ULN) with myalgia/weakness
- Dark/tea-coloured urine, AKI
- Hyperkalaemia, hyperphosphataemia, hypocalcaemia on biochemistry
- Compartment syndrome signs in an affected limb
- Concurrent hyperthermia (sympathomimetic toxicity, NMS, serotonin syndrome, malignant hyperthermia)
