- Overdose of beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers (CCBs), ACEi/ARBs, or clonidine
- Beta-blocker and CCB overdose are the dangerous ones - can cause refractory cardiogenic shock
- ACEi/ARB overdose - usually benign (hypotension only); angioedema is a separate reaction, not an overdose phenomenon
